777h Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777h ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://777h.io and all associated services, games, promotions, and features made available therein. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on 777h, you unconditionally accept every provision of this Agreement in full.

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 777h website, mobile web interface, and all associated software, databases, games, and services operated at https://777h.io.
• "Account" means the individual player account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a player's account balance consisting of verified deposited funds and confirmed withdrawal-eligible winnings, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by 777h that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• "Taka" / "৳" / "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, as used for all monetary values on the Platform.
• "Eligible Player" means a natural person aged 21 years or above who meets all eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3 of this Agreement.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any of the activities listed in Clause 9 of this Agreement.

References to a "Clause" are references to a numbered clause of this Agreement. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa where the context admits.

2 Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the 777h Platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, by depositing funds, or by placing any wager on the Platform, you conclusively acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
• You have read and accept the 777h Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
• You have read and accept the 777h Responsible Gaming Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3 at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for so long as you maintain an active account.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 777h, you must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. 777h is strictly an adult gaming platform. No person under the age of 21 may register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on the Platform, regardless of the age of majority in any other jurisdiction.
• You are registering on your own behalf and for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a 777h employee or contractor in a role directly related to platform operations, game development, or payments.
• You have not previously had a 777h account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for suspected fraudulent activity.
• You are not self-excluded from gambling platforms. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from 777h, you may not re-register until the exclusion period has fully elapsed and been formally lifted by the 777h support team.
• The use of online gaming services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 777h is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension.

4 Account Management

Single Account Policy: Each player is entitled to hold one and only one active 777h account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777h reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending fraud investigation.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time SMS verification codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777h staff will never request your password by any means. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 777h support immediately at [email protected]. 777h accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

Account Verification (KYC): 777h operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage. Failure to complete KYC within the period notified by 777h may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until documentation is received and verified.

Inactive Accounts: An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. 777h reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee not exceeding ৳500 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from any remaining Real Money Balance, following written notification to the registered email address or mobile number on file. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be archived and closed.

5 Deposits & Payments

777h accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and internationally accepted Visa and Mastercard payment cards. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by 777h at the platform level, however individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Currency: All transactions on 777h are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made from foreign-currency payment instruments will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the payment processor at the time of the transaction.
• Own-Name Requirement: All payment accounts used to deposit to 777h must be registered in the same name as the 777h account holder. Deposits from third-party payment accounts will be reversed and the deposited funds returned to the originating payment method, less any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.
• Deposit Processing Time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed instantly in normal operating conditions. Card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to credit during periods of high network load.
• Declined Deposits: 777h is not responsible for deposits that are declined by the payment provider. Any funds deducted from your payment account that do not credit to your 777h balance must be reported to 777h support with transaction reference details within 72 hours.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the account dashboard, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. 777h processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Verification Prerequisite: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to 777h's satisfaction. Where KYC documentation has been submitted but not yet reviewed, withdrawals may be held for up to 5 business days pending verification.
• Processing Time: Once approved, withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 2–24 hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 3 business days.
• Bonus Balance: Bonus funds held in a Bonus Balance are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Upon satisfaction of the wagering requirement, qualifying bonus-derived winnings are transferred to the Real Money Balance and become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Limits: 777h may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Current limits are published in the account dashboard and may be updated from time to time with 7 days' prior notice to affected players.
• Withdrawal Refusal: 777h reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending investigation. Players under investigation will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

777h offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are governed by this clause and by the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between this clause and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms prevail.

Welcome Bonus: New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the 777h welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit, up to a maximum bonus value of ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available once per eligible player. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the total bonus amount before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.

• Bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games as specified in the offer terms. Certain game categories, including but not limited to specific live casino tables and low-margin sports betting markets, may contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are credited within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. If a bonus is not credited within this period, players should contact support with the deposit reference number.
• 777h reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except that bonuses already credited to a player's account and in active wagering will not be retroactively cancelled.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk, systematic wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Clause 9 and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. They may not be exchanged for any alternative award.

8 Game Rules & Betting

777h offers a variety of gaming products including live casino games, slot games, crash games, and sports betting, with a particular focus on cricket betting for the Bangladeshi market. Each game and betting market is governed by its own set of game rules published within the game interface or betting market page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing any wager.

• Minimum Stakes: Minimum bet sizes vary by game and are displayed within the game interface. Cricket betting minimum stakes and live casino minimum table limits are subject to change at the discretion of the relevant game provider or 777h.
• Bet Acceptance: 777h and its betting providers reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel bets at any time prior to the commencement of an event or game round where there is reasonable grounds to do so, including technical errors, odds publication errors, or suspected manipulation.
• Game Outcomes: All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for electronic games, or by real-world event results for live casino and sports betting markets. 777h undertakes independent fair play certification to verify RNG integrity.
• Error Resolution: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest error in published odds, 777h reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the respective players' Real Money Balances. This applies regardless of whether the error was in the player's favour or against it.
• Cricket Betting: Cricket betting markets at 777h cover Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and international bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers. Live in-play markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at the discretion of the sportsbook operator during the course of play.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777h Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of Bonus Balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or vulnerability in the Platform's code or game logic to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages to which you are not entitled.
• Colluding with other players or employees to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or use of stolen payment credentials on the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion, responsible gaming controls, or account restrictions imposed by 777h.
• Abusing bonus offers through systematic low-risk wagering, arbitrage betting, or multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the technical operation of the Platform or its associated infrastructure.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777h Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, audio files, logos, trademarks, and the 777h brand identity, is the exclusive property of 777h or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in any 777h intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; reverse-engineer any Platform software; or use the 777h name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent from 777h.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777h, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned, for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from events outside 777h's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, power outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or payment provider system failures.
• The accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party game content provided by licensed game providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Ezugi.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

777h collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to 777h's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used to verify identity, process payments, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, and deliver Platform services.
• 777h employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform pages and stores passwords exclusively in hashed form. No plaintext passwords are retained.
• Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed payment processors, game providers, and compliance authorities as required by law or as necessary to deliver Platform services.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 777h, subject to 777h's legal retention obligations.

13 Responsible Gaming

777h is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered players from the account dashboard without requiring a support ticket:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Controls: Set maximum session durations or enable session time reminders at intervals of your choosing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you may not register a new account or circumvent the exclusion by any means.

14 Account Closure

Closure by Player: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 777h support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, less any applicable processing fees. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has already been met.

Closure by 777h: 777h reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the notified deadline.
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 9.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed by 777h for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where investigation concludes that no fraudulent activity occurred, verified funds will be returned. Bonus Balances are forfeited in all cases of account closure for breach.

15 Amendments

777h reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Minor administrative changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of players) may be made without advance notice.

The current version of this Agreement is always available at /terms-conditions and is dated with its effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

16 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online service agreements of this nature. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through the 777h support process within 30 days of a formal written complaint will be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

777h does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Players who access the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
